FirePro® Pipe Collar
FirePro® Pipe Collar has a galvanised steel shell containing a fire-resistant intumescent wrap, designed, tested, and certified to seal service penetration apertures containing plastic pipework. In the event of a fire, FirePro Pipe Collar activates to prevent the spread of fire between building compartments.

Product description
FirePro® Pipe Collar includes a graphite-based intumescent wrap that provides a high-volume and pressure expansion seal around pipe services when exposed to fire. FirePro Pipe Collar is 40mm wide and is suitable for use around pipes with an outer diameter of up to 160mm.
FirePro Pipe Collar provides fire resistance of up to 240 minutes in floor constructions and up to 120 minutes in wall constructions in accordance with BS EN 1366-3: 2021+A1: 2024, subject to the application. It is currently available in three sizes to suit combustible pipes with an outside diameter between 32mm and 160mm. FirePro Pipe Collar has replaced FirePro Pipe Collar CE as the new EN-tested solution.
